"Discovery and Application of Marketing Principles: Major Academic Contributions from the 20th Century"

Scott Armstrong received the SMA/JAI Press Distinguished Scholar Award for 2000, along with Philip Kotler and Gerald Zaltman, on November 10, 2000 in Orlando. Each recipient presented a lecture on this occasion. The slides of Scott Armstrong's lecture are provided here (PDF) and on the SMA (Society of Marketing Advances) website.
